20 Liter Capacity Bowl - Clear, food grade, unbreakable polycarbonate bowl, which easily pulls off for cleaning operation.  Includes liter stickers for exact beverage preparation.

Mixing System “M” Model – Paddle system stirring with delrin paddles avoids frothing and beverage oxidation.  Good for heavy density drinks and beverages that contain pulp.

Mixing System “S” Model – Electromagnetic pump system (jetspray) manufactured with food grade materials.

Dispensing Tap – Two pieces, no drip, stainless steel tap.

Temperature Control – Adjustable thermostatic system.

Chasis and Panels – All stainless steel.

Refrigerating Unit – Forced air cooled, 115/60 hermetic compressor
